AISES Native Artisan Marketplace

The Artisan Marketplace is open October 3 - 5 from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Optional Powwow booth Saturday October 5th 9:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.

We strive to provide authentic, Indigenous handmade items that support Indigenous art and culture. We invite vendors who are technical experts in their chosen arts and crafts. Handcrafted items can include clothing, jewelry, art, and home goods. All vendors must comply with the Indian Arts and Crafts Act (IACA) of 1990 (P.L. 101- 644), which prohibits misrepresentation in marketing of Indian arts and crafts products within the United States.

Arts and Craft Vendor Guidelines

We have a limited number of Native Artisan vendor booth spaces available. Vendor booth space payments must be made by credit card before a vendor space is confirmed and assigned. Booths are assigned on a first pay first serve basis and are subject to reassignment by the vendor coordinator. To allow for a variety of vendors, AISES does not issue double booth space and there is a strict limit of one booth space per vendor.

Purchase of a booth does not include general admission access to the National Conference. If you would like to also attend the national conference, separate payment is required for a conference ticket.

Are you interested in marketing your art products for potential consumers? AISES offers gifts, prizes, or silent auctions items at events throughout the year. We welcome your support of an in-kind gift donation from your gallery of art and products.

For vendor booth opportunities, gift donations and questions, please contact conference@aises.org.
